OUR TRAININGS

Quality Management Systems (QMS)

Quality Management Systems (QMS) are essential for aviation companies to ensure consistent performance, compliance, and continuous improvement in their operations. We assist organizations in designing and implementing QMS that meet both local and international standards such as ISO 9001 and ICAO's Annex 6 (Operation of Aircraft).

Safety Management Systems (SMS)

A Safety Management System (SMS) is designed to identify and manage safety risks in aviation operations. We assist clients in developing and implementing SMS tailored to their operations.

Emergency Response Planning (ERP)

Emergency response planning is critical for ensuring that aviation organizations can effectively manage accidents, incidents, or crises. We assist in creating customized ERP that aligns with both international and local standards.

Aircraft Accident Investigation

Aviation accident investigations help identify the root causes of accidents, offering insights into how to prevent similar events in the future. We provide accident investigation services in compliance with ICAO and local regulations.

Occupational Health Services

Aviation professionals are exposed to various occupational health risks, including stress, long working hours, and hazardous environmental conditions. We provide services that promote the physical and mental health of aviation personnel.

Aviation Quality & Safety Audits

This course introduces the fundamentals of aviation quality auditing, covering various audit types such as internal, external, and safety audits. It delves into audit preparation, planning, conducting audits, reporting findings, implementing corrective and preventive actions, and integrating safety audits with risk management.

Aviation Risk Management

This course explores the principles of risk management in aviation, focusing on identifying and assessing risks, implementing mitigation and control measures, and integrating risk management with Safety Management Systems (SMS).

Aviation Management

This course provides an overview of aviation management, covering strategic and financial management, legal and regulatory compliance, leadership, and organizational behavior. It emphasizes performance monitoring, metrics, customer service, and effective communication.

SMS for Executive Management

The primary goal of this course is to provide Executive Management with the knowledge and skills to effectively support, oversee, and integrate Safety Management Systems (SMS) within their organization. It will enable executives to understand their critical role in SMS implementation, organizational safety culture, risk management, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Environment Management System (EMS)

This course introduces Environmental Management Systems (EMS) and their role in promoting environmental sustainability in aviation. It covers ICAO's environmental guidelines, strategies for reducing carbon footprints, waste management, energy efficiency, and compliance with local and global environmental standards.

Aviation Training of Trainer (TOT)

Train-the-Trainer (ToT) programs prepare individuals to deliver effective training, focusing on foundational skills for beginners and advanced techniques for experienced trainers. Beginners learn adult learning principles, instructional design, and classroom management, while advanced programs cover curriculum development, simulation-based training, and leadership. Both levels aim to enhance training quality and foster professional growth.

Bird Strike Avoidance and Awareness Training

This certification validates the participant's understanding of bird strike risks, prevention strategies, and regulatory compliance, and demonstrates their ability to contribute to wildlife hazard management in aviation. Participants will learn about the behavior of birds, the impact of bird strikes on aviation safety, and strategies to minimize these risks. The course combines theoretical knowledge with practical insights, covering regulatory requirements, wildlife hazard management, and best practices for bird strike avoidance.

Aviation Lead Auditor

A comprehensive syllabus for an Aviation Lead Auditor Course at both basic and advanced levels would typically cover key principles, methodologies, and regulations related to aviation safety, quality assurance, and auditing processes.

Search and Rescue (SAR)

This syllabus ensures that participants receive a comprehensive and hands-on approach to SAR training, providing them with the skills necessary to conduct search and rescue operations in diverse and challenging environments. The knowledge gained will be applicable to a wide range of emergency response scenarios in the aviation, maritime, and land-based rescue sectors.

Aviation CASEVAC and MEDEVAC

CASEVAC and MEDEVAC training are critical for ensuring the safety and well-being of casualties during air evacuations. The training equips participants with the knowledge and hands-on experience to execute high-pressure operations, ensuring that both aircrews and medical teams are prepared to manage casualties efficiently and effectively under various operational conditions.

Infectious Disease in Aviation

This training program is designed to equip aviation personnel, including flight crew, ground staff, maintenance teams, and aviation health professionals, with the knowledge and skills required to manage infectious disease outbreaks in aviation environments.

Crew Resource Management (CRM) - Simulator Based

This training program aims to enhance pilots' skills in communication, decision-making, teamwork, and leadership through a series of scenario-based exercises in a simulator environment. The focus is on effective resource utilization, managing human factors, and improving safety and efficiency during flight operations.

Upset Recovery (UPRT) Training for Pilots (Simulator-Based)

This Upset Prevention and Recovery Training (UPRT) course is designed to train pilots in identifying, preventing, and recovering from upset conditions, such as unintentional loss of control in-flight (LOC-I).
